Ever since Eisa Tea Co. was founded, our biggest aspiration has been to create a fund that uplifts the women who form the backbone of the tea industry—women tea farmers and their families. Despite being central to the production of one of the world’s most beloved beverages, many women working in tea farming face heartbreaking challenges: crushingly low wages, unsafe working conditions, and systemic barriers that keep them from leadership roles or financial independence.

In regions like Asia, where tea farming is a lifeline for millions in rural communities, women are often marginalised—working long hours to earn barely enough to survive, with no access to education, mentorship, or opportunities for growth. Many are denied the rights they deserve, silenced in decisions that directly impact their lives and livelihoods. These injustices demand action.

As such, we have created the Eisa Tea Co. Empowerment Fund, which is dedicated to dismantling these injustices. Through partnerships with charities and initiatives that prioritise women’s empowerment, our fund offers more than just surface-level support. We provide meaningful education, mentorship programs, and financial assistance designed to help women thrive—especially those working on tea farms.
